ZhemFit
Our signature workout concept
In our ZhemFit classes we do not use any other equipment than a mat and at times a chair (or a barre, if you have one).
The classes are designed so that we use our own body weight to shape lean and strong muscles.
You can choose between single classes, follow one of our courses and build up your strength and stamina along the way, or challenge yourself to see what stuff you’re made of.
You can (and should!) always workout based on your own level; either skipping repetitions to fit your needs, or do more repetitions and go all the way.
ZhemFit full-body workouts
We offer ZhemFit at three levels; ZhemFit Light (a lower intensity workout; perfect for beginners or to balance out high-intensity workouts), ZhemFit (our regular level), and — if you’re up for the challenge — ZhemFit+.
ZhemFit Floor
The perfect workout when your goal is to build up strength. Thanks to the support from the floor, these classes are great for beginners, when recovering from injury, or when coming back from a longer vacation.
ZhemFit Abs
Our ZhemFit Abs classes will help you to strengthen your core and finally get rid of that stubborn belly fat. It will also help with sculpting a slimmer waist and — if you want — a six-pack.
